I was really happy to find VSpa was open on a Sunday, and booked a last minute appointment expecting a regular pedicure. The pedicure was beyond amazing. It was the most relaxing experience ever! Never had a pedicure like it, relaxing music, massage with hot stones I fell asleep at one point! Have booked in for my next one already, highly recommended! 🙂
After a previous bad experience with waxing at another salon I was put off for a while getting waxed again. I thought I would try it again before summer I came across vspa on Google and give them a try right from the start they were kind and understanding the lady that waxed me was reassuring and lovely though the whole time I will definitely be returning and will recommend to everyone
My daughter and I had Sunday package back massage, back of legs and a facial with shoulder massage.

I had a lovely and relaxing pamper package from Lisa. She was professional and polite and made sure that my every need was met. She even took notice that I had trouble sleeping and recommended some lovely bath salts which have helped me to relax. I would definitely recommend her and will be re-booking soon.
Whenever I visit the area on holiday, I try to get in a visit to Preston Vspa to have an amazing treatment from Kelly. Every time is as good as the first with pampering galore! The staff are just so lovely & very professional with an immaculate salon and nothing is too much trouble. I can’t wait to visit again & have another couple of hours of pampering, thank you Kelly x
I gave a less than glowing review 2 weeks ago., unfortunately, as I wasn’t totally happy with my manicure. The salon got in contact and offered to put things right. And boy did they!!!! I revisited today and am thrilled with the treatment I received. My nails, both hands and feet look fabulous. I’m so happy I’ve booked for further treatments in a couple of weeks time.

Today we had very relaxing massages in the couples room with Kelly and Natalie. We were made very welcome and felt totally spoilt. It was a wonderful experience and very good value compared to previous massage treatment. Thank you for your kindness.

The Microdermabrasion was fantastic. Had problems with my skin over the last year but this Treatment was the best I could do for my face! I also enjoy the Spa Find Facials. It is so relaxing. When the Spa is fully booked I sometimes go to Torquay to have a treatment. Also a very nice Spa and lovely Therapists!
I have been visiting the spa for over 3 years now and I absolutely enjoy each and every visit. Lovely friendly service, and cannot fault any of the treatments. Worth a visit.

This is obviously to help in the fight against COVID -19 and prevent further spreading of this relentless illness. As a business we 100% back the Governments decision and understand fully the decision making process. However, this does not stop us from feeling unbelievable sadness in having to let all of our amazing clients down at such short notice. It's also in our upmost interest to protect our staff we love dearly and our clients and their families.
Although our Spa will be closed, some of the team will be working remotely so all calls will still be taken on a daily basis as from Tuesday. Should you wish to contact us over the phone our new working hours would now be from 9.00-15.00 Monday – Friday. Please note our spa will be closed for the public, but we will work internally and also remotely during closure.
All non refundable deposits will remain on clients accounts and will not expire, and can obviously be used when we re arrange your next appointment with us.
We will extend all of our inhouse gift vouchers (that were due to expire on or after 1st March) for an additional 6 months from expiry date of the gift voucher and we will review this again should the situation get worse.
You will be able to purchase products online, and may also order over the phone and collect in person.
The closure will be reviewed every 28 days when the Government will consider their necessity and effectiveness, in light of changing circumstances. We will keep you all fully informed via social media and e-mail. Could we please ask that you make sure these avenues of communication are monitored closely. In addition you can monitor the situation or check with the Governments official site via the link listed below.
